Hi Andy,

I have only seen one other Albe with a bracket and an outboard. It is across from Jimmy's at Lynnhaven. How does she run?

Yap Splashboard--seen the boat several times over the yrs and seems like the outboards were mounted via the transom with a cutout----I think this was the one and only boat with a cutcout Albie made----Albemarlin might have seen it also at Carolina Yacht Yard in Wilmington.--anyways the boat sat in the water so low a splashboard was made for it at CYY and think the dude didnt always use it---sunk twice I think.

Andrew,

Coral bay had one for a while back around 95-96. Did you buy it there.

Twoturnin, Did the boat have twin Mercs? There was one on Mid Sound Loop a year or so ago for sale at a yard. Guy was real proud of all the work he had done to the boat but never mentioned it had sunk.

silver g,
Mine has the sea deck, keeps the outboards back off the stern about 26". I am not sure where this boat originally came from, called Albemarle and they said they made a few that year like that, really didn't get real production numbers out of them. I did see a 24 a couple years ago with twin mercs out in the lynnhaven basin. I would like to see a pic of yours , I am emailing webmaster pics of mine this week. Actually thinking of selling it, it is an awesome boat, have a 4 car garage( 2 front, 2 back) that would suit storing a center console better, live in a big house on a little lot and the trailer and boat are enormous to my backyard. Anyone want to trade a cc for this boat and some cash. I have to have a fold down top to fit under a 94" garage door. No more hot rods , time to put something new in the garage!
