Hey all,
New to the board, but not new to albemarle. My first was a 240XF, and here is the new 310 on her way to the water.

What kind of cruise #'s were you seeing with your boat? Also what kind of boat are you moving up to?

Kevin

Adventurer, I was seeing about 26 knots burning about 25 gallons most times. I am moving to a mid 40s convertible, not sure which one yet..

Haven't had the chance to really run her yet to get consumtion numbers,
but she's a left over 2005 demo, got the 370HP yanmars, so I'm expecting about 25GPH @ about
26 knot cruise.
Fishing offshore for just about anything that bites, but mainly kings, mahi-mahi,
cobia, snapper, grouper, etc.
Won't get into the tuna/billfish unless I make the 100NM (each way) run
to the deep water.

I am running the same boat, year, engines etc. I am forwarding consumption #'s from the Yanmar rep. I found to be dead on. Cruise about 29 kts. or slow cruise a bit slower for better fuel #'s. She really sipps the fuel and runs great even with a load on. You can see my girl in the gallery name Fish n Chicks II.

She's got an 11' beam and most have towers so trailering is not really an option, add in the IB's and weight approaching 9 tons. Not the right fit.

Does the generator on the 31 have it's own fuel tank or does it draw from the main?
