Anybody have experience with any particular brand?
Want to redo the underside of my engine hatch in the spring?

A couple of years ago I replaced the material inside the doghouse and it is holding up well. Got mine from mcmaster.com.
McMaster # 5692T53

Maybe this link?

It is 1" of polyurethane foam with a self adhesive layer on one side. The other side is aluminum foil reinforced with (approx) 1/4" x 1/4" fiber grid.

The inside of the doghouse was pretty nasty so I sanded a little and applied a coat of high quality paint before applying the insulation. That certainly helped the foam to stick. I sealed all edges and joints using aluminum HVAC tape.
