About to buy a 310 Express
During survey, we found a bulkhead separating from the hull (or cracked at the seem) on the starboard side just as the lower bunk begins. Its visible if you take out the lower small cabinet on the starboard side.

Is this structural ? or not something to really worry about?

grind it and re-glass it down.

I would be inclined to pass on the boat and keep looking. But...if you really like this particular boat, you could call Albemarle to determine of that is a structural component or not. If it is structural, I would be surprised if it came loose by normal wear and tear. It may have been in an accident and not repaired correctly.
Let us know what you discover.

Would be interested to hear if you learn anything further. I am running a 2007 310 Express and don't have the problem but would obviously like to understand what happened.
